AI front desk + Cal.com: real availability, booked in the conversation
The front desk reads your open times from Cal.com, offers them to the customer, and books the one they choose, in chat or on the phone. Different services can map to different Cal.com event types.
Early access. Built and checked with a pass/fail connection test when we set it up. We're still verifying it against more live accounts, so if you depend on it, tell us and we'll test yours first.
What it does with Cal.com
Reads live availability
The agent asks Cal.com for open slots for the service the customer wants, rather than guessing.
Books the slot
When the customer picks a time, the agent books it and confirms the details back to them.
Maps services to event types
A haircut, a color and a consultation can each point to the right event type with the right length.
How to connect it
- 1Create a Cal.com API key and an event type for each service.
- 2Give us the key and event types when we set you up.
- 3We make a test booking to confirm it appears on your calendar.
What we read and write
- Read: open slots per event type.
- Written: bookings, with the customer's name and contact and any notes.
What it doesn't do
- ✕Reschedule or cancel existing bookings. The agent creates new ones; changes are captured for your team.
- ✕Replace your calendar. Cal.com stays the source of truth.
