AI front desk + Google Calendar: it books onto the calendar you already use
If your appointments already live in Google Calendar, the front desk checks when you're free and books new appointments straight onto it, so there's nothing new to check.
Early access. Built and checked with a pass/fail connection test when we set it up. We're still verifying it against more live accounts, so if you depend on it, tell us and we'll test yours first.
What it does with Google Calendar
Finds open times
The agent checks your calendar for free time and offers the customer real options.
Books the appointment
The chosen time becomes an event on your calendar with the customer's details.
How to connect it
- 1Sign in with Google and approve calendar access, once.
- 2Choose which calendar to use for bookings.
- 3We make a test booking to confirm it appears.
What we read and write
- Read: when you're busy or free on the chosen calendar.
- Written: new events for booked appointments.
What it doesn't do
- ✕Reschedule or cancel existing events.
- ✕Read the contents of your other events. It checks free and busy time to find openings.
