AI appointment scheduling that books it while the customer is still there
Most bookings are lost in the back-and-forth: a customer asks for a time, waits for a reply, and books with someone who answered first. Viravance checks your real calendar and books the appointment during the chat or the call, so the customer leaves with a confirmed time instead of a promise to get back to them.

What AI appointment scheduling is
AI appointment scheduling means an agent that talks with the customer in plain language, finds out which service they want, looks at your actual availability, and books a slot. It replaces the phone tag and the "what times do you have?" emails with one short conversation.
The agent doesn't guess at times. It reads open slots from your calendar, offers real options, and books the one the customer picks.
- Works in the chat on your website and on your phone line, with one set of knowledge about your business.
- Reads live availability from Cal.com or Google Calendar.
- Maps each service to the right appointment type and length.
- Confirms the details back to the customer before it books.
- Passes your team the details of anything it can't do itself.
How a booking works, step by step
The conversation follows the same path a good front desk would.
- The customer says what they want, such as a haircut, an estimate or a consultation.
- The agent asks anything it needs to choose the right service and length.
- It checks your calendar and offers real open times.
- The customer picks one and gives their name and contact details, which the agent reads back to confirm.
- It books the appointment onto your calendar and confirms the time.
Chat and phone on one engine
The same agent that books from your website also answers your phone, so a customer who starts in chat can finish by phone, and you manage one thing instead of two tools. On the phone, anything hard to catch by ear, like an email address, is read back and confirmed before it is saved.
Why it books more appointments
Scheduling is where interest turns into revenue, and it's also where it leaks. Customers ask at night, on weekends, at lunch, or while you are with someone else. When nobody answers until the next morning, some of them have already booked elsewhere.
An agent that books on the spot catches those requests. You can see how many appointments it booked, and their value, on your dashboard, so the benefit is something you measure instead of assume.
Which calendars it works with
Viravance connects to Cal.com and Google Calendar. Cal.com is the source of truth when you use it, with different services pointing at different event types. With Google Calendar it checks your free and busy time and adds new booked events. Both are in early access: we build and check the connection at setup and make a test booking on your calendar before you rely on it.
What it doesn't do yet
It creates new bookings. It doesn't move or cancel existing ones today. When a customer wants to change or cancel, the agent captures what they need and passes it to your team, so nothing is lost and you keep control of your calendar.
It also won't invent availability, discounts or policies. If it doesn't know something, it says so and offers your team.
Where it fits best
Businesses that sell time do best with it: salons and barbershops, home services, auto repair and detailing, fitness studios and pet services. Each has its own page showing how the front desk handles that kind of booking.
What it costs
Viravance plans are $300, $700 and $1,500 a month, with 500, 1,500 and 5,000 voice minutes included along with conversions. Usage above your plan's bundle is billed at the published per-minute rate, and every new account starts with a free first month. A one-time setup fee applies after the free month.

Common questions
What is AI appointment scheduling?
It's an agent that books appointments in conversation. It asks what the customer needs, reads open times from your calendar, and books the slot they choose, by chat or by phone, instead of leaving it for someone to answer later.
Which calendars does it work with?
Cal.com and Google Calendar. Both are in early access, so we set up the connection with you and make a test booking on your calendar before you rely on it.
Can it reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Not today. It books new appointments from your live availability. When a customer wants to change or cancel, it captures the details and passes them to your team.
Will it double-book me?
It offers times from your calendar's live availability, so it doesn't offer a slot that's already taken. Your calendar stays the source of truth, and we test a booking with you before launch.
Who sets up my scheduling?
A real person does, with you. We connect your calendar, map your services, test a booking before it goes live, and stay available through your free month. Right now you work directly with the founder.
How much does it cost?
Viravance plans are $300, $700 and $1,500 a month with voice minutes bundled in, plus a one-time setup fee. Every new account starts with a free first month.
