AI front desk + text messaging: no more mis-heard email addresses
Phone is bad at spelling. When a caller needs to give an email address or a spelled name, the front desk texts them a short form instead of guessing. It also sends confirmations and callbacks by text.

What it does with Twilio (text messaging)
Texts a details form
On a call, the agent sends a short link for anything hard to catch by ear. The customer fills it in, and the order or booking is accurate.
Sends confirmations and callbacks
Confirmations and follow-ups go out by text as well as email.
Your number or ours
Texts can come from a number in Viravance's Twilio account, or from your own Twilio account if you'd rather they came from your brand.
How to connect it
- 1Choose a Viravance number or connect your own Twilio account.
- 2US texting requires carrier registration for business messaging; we walk you through it.
- 3We send a test text to confirm delivery.
What we read and write
- Written: outbound texts to the customer who's already in the conversation.
- Read: delivery status.
What it doesn't do
- ✕Send marketing blasts. It texts customers who are mid-conversation with you.
- ✕Skip carrier rules: US business texting needs registration before it's reliable.
Common questions
Do I need my own Twilio account?
No. You can use a number in Viravance's account. Use your own if you want the texts to come from your brand or you already have one.
Why does US texting need registration?
Carriers require businesses to register before they'll reliably deliver texts. It takes some time, so we recommend starting early.
