AI front desk + PayPal: see your share of sales

If PayPal is where your customers pay, connect it and your dashboard can show what percentage of your sales the front desk drove. It's a reporting connection: it doesn't send invoices or take payments.

Early access. Built and checked with a pass/fail connection test when we set it up. We're still verifying it against more live accounts, so if you depend on it, tell us and we'll test yours first.

What it does with PayPal

Reports share of sales

Payments received and refunds for the month are totalled only to compute a percentage; PayPal fees are left out. The total is never stored or shown.

How to connect it

  1. 1Create a PayPal app with the Transaction Search feature enabled.
  2. 2Give us the credentials when we set you up.
  3. 3We run a pass/fail connection check.

What we read and write

  • Read: payments received and refunds for the month.
  • Written: nothing to PayPal.

What it doesn't do

  • ✕Send PayPal invoices or take payments. Invoices go through Stripe or Square.
  • ✕Report in currencies other than USD.
  • ✕Report periods longer than 31 days in one query, a PayPal limit.

Common questions

Can customers pay through PayPal?

Not through the front desk today. Invoices are created with Stripe or Square. PayPal is for the sales-share report only.

Is this live?

It's early access: built and checked at setup, with more live verification under way.

Not sure it fits your setup?

Tell us what you use and we'll say honestly how it would connect, and test it with you before you rely on it.
