AI front desk + Shopify: order status and share-of-sales reporting

Connect your Shopify store and the front desk can answer "where's my order?" by order number or email, and report what share of your sales it drove. Product recommendations come from the catalog you keep in Viravance, which we're upfront about below.

What it does with Shopify

Answers order-status questions

A customer gives an order number like #1001 or their email. The agent finds the order, reads the fulfilment status, and sends the update to the contact on file.

Reports share of sales

Your net sales (non-cancelled, paid, after refunds) are totalled only to compute a percentage. The total is never stored or shown.

How to connect it

  1. 1Create a custom app in Shopify with read access to orders.
  2. 2Give us the store address and token when we set you up.
  3. 3We run a pass/fail connection check against your store.

What we read and write

  • Read: orders (reference, status, contact on file) and net sales totals for the percentage.
  • Written: nothing to Shopify.

What it doesn't do

  • ✕Sync your Shopify product catalog. Products the agent recommends live in Viravance (or Square), so keep them current.
  • ✕Create Shopify orders. Orders taken by the front desk are invoiced through your payment processor.
  • ✕Report in more than one currency.

Common questions

Does it replace my Shopify checkout?

No. Keep your checkout. The front desk is for the sales that need a conversation first, and for answering questions around the clock.

Why isn't the catalog synced?

Today the agent's catalog is managed in Viravance or read from Square. Syncing a Shopify catalog isn't built yet. We'd rather say so than imply it.

Is this live?

It's early access: built and checked at setup, with more live verification under way. We'll test your store before you rely on it.
